AIM Talk
If you and your buddy
have a working microphone set up, you can connect to them
through AIM talk and use your microphones to speak with
each other. Right click on the screen name of the
buddy you want to talk with and then select the
"Connect to Talk" option.

A box will pop up making
sure you want to allow your buddy to use his microphone to
talk to you, click "Connect" to continue.
The AIM Talk box will try to establish a connection with
your buddy after he has accepted the offer.

Once a connection is
established, all the buttons will be active. Pick up
your microphone and push and hold the "Push to
Talk" button until you are done speaking then release
it. You can adjust the volume of your microphone or
the volume of your buddies microphone by sliding the
"Volume" bar under the appropriate screen
name. If you want to disable the AIM talk feature
temporarily, click the "Pause" button, push it
again to reactive AIM Talk.

The AIM Talk tool bar
allows you to send an instant message to the buddy you are
talking with, open your windows volume control, or change
the visual style of the voice meters.
To disconnect from AIM
Talk, click the "Disconnect" button or close out
the window by clicking the "X" in the upper
right hand corner.
